Empowerment

Center

ABOUT US

The Empowerment Center serves as a worship and resource center focused on finding solutions to all forms of poverty, homelessness, hunger, inequality, injustices, and the lack of employment and education through community outreach, residential stability, educational development, and economic empowerment.

Meet The Team

The Empowerment Resource Center is diligently working to revitalize, shift, and implement a holistic approach to address and transform generational poverty in the urban setting.  We plan to implement a pipeline from poverty to self-sustainability over the lifetime of men, women, and children involved.  Each element of this plan is well researched and demonstrates transformational outcomes.

We believe that opening The Empowerment Center is the first step in serving the families in that area. The Empowerment Center will serve both as a worship center and a resource center to serve homeless families and give the children in that area the opportunity to beat generational poverty. We currently have 3 families housed through our Project Welcome Home program and 5 more engaged in our program either awaiting housing or have been housed through our private landlords' network.

We would appreciate the opportunity to sit down with you and share more about our organization and answer any questions that you may have.  You can reach me directly at charles@empower1ct.org or by cell at (419) 490-8869.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.  I look forward to connecting with you soon.

Sincerely,

Charles Allen, CEO
